Ordering

Shipping

All products held by us are usually shipped with 24-48 hours of receiving the order and payment. Some products are made to order and details are shown on the individual product pages.

All shipping is via methods with door to door tracking and for some items, signature on receipt.

We are required to ship to the billing address used for the credit card payment. We are not able to ship to a third party address.

We ask for your telephone number purely because some shipping methods require a telephone number. Your telephone number will not be used for marketing purposes.

Returns

We take care to protect the item ready for shipping. If there is obvious damage to the box, please take detailed photos before opening. If the contents are also damaged, please compete the Contact Form and we will be in contact to ensure your complete satisfaction.
